Our Terms and Conditions
Welcome, and thank you for choosing our villas for your stay! To ensure a comfortable and seamless experience during your holiday, we’ve outlined our key terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review this information, as it forms part of your booking agreement. Adhering to these guidelines will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Smooth and Enjoyable Stay
Arrival / Departure Times

The check-in and check-out times for your villa will be provided one day before your arrival.
Damage or Loss
We kindly ask that you treat the Property and its contents with care. Upon departure, please leave the Property in good condition and reasonably clean. Any damages, losses, or additional cleaning required due to negligence by you or your group will be charged to your account. In cases of significant or unacceptable damage, 7 Property Management reserves the right to ask you and your party (including visitors) to vacate the premises immediately, without refund or compensation.
Access
You will have full access to the Property and its facilities throughout your stay. However, our staff or contractors may occasionally require access for essential maintenance (e.g., garden, pool, or utilities) or to provide any requested services. We kindly ask that you allow reasonable access when necessary. If you have concerns, please feel free to contact our villa manager.
Number of Guests
The total number of guests (including adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in your booking confirmation, unless authorized in writing by 7 Property Management. Exceeding this limit may result in denied entry or restricted access. Pets are only permitted with prior written approval.
Use of Property
All bookings are for vacation purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing. If you wish to host an event (e.g., a wedding or party) or use the Property for any purpose other than a vacation, please notify us during booking as prior approval may be required. Should an event be planned, the guest may need to obtain permits from local authorities or the community. 7 Property Management and the Owner are not responsible for acquiring these permits. If permission is denied, event fees will be refunded, but no further compensation will be issued.
Price Fluctuations
Once your booking is confirmed, the rental price is guaranteed, regardless of any future price changes on our website. However, no refunds will be issued for exchange rate fluctuations. 7 Property Management reserves the right to apply new taxes or regulatory charges, and you will be notified promptly if such charges apply to your booking.
Complaints
We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you encounter any issues, please notify 7 Property Management immediately, and we will do our best to resolve them. Complaints must be reported during your stay. Any issues raised after departure will not be considered.

Disclaimers
7 Property Management does not accept responsibility or liability for the following:
• Physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience, or additional expenses incurred by the Guest, their party, or visitors, regardless of the cause.
• Damage or loss to any vehicle or its contents used by the Guest or their party during the rental period.
• The Guest’s inability to enter the Property due to missing travel or visa documentation, canceled travel arrangements, or missed connections.
• Events beyond our control, including strikes, demonstrations, terrorism, natural disasters, or other “force majeure” circumstances.
7 Property Management and the Owner will not be liable for any refund or compensation exceeding the total rental amount paid.
Agreement to Terms
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Should any part of these terms be deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force.
We are available every day between 8 AM and 8 PM Denpasar time (WITA), Indonesia to assist you with any issues or concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us during these hours.
